    HAPPY NEW YEAR!! (:

I see it's been pretty quiet here of late.. so i'm back to spice up this up again!! :D

    well not really.
as we all know, 2007 is unfortunately coming to an end. everything else is now known as memories. and because we aren't one of those heroes person who can turn back time, we're all moving on into 2008!!!!!

    as my friends all say,
    new year new beginnings.
very much to a large extend it's true. the end of the year and the start of another symbolises an ending and a beginning. a new start to change the things we've done wrong in the past year or could have done better. like pastor tan preached this weekend. we need to embrace change. and we know that change is the only constant thing in life!! (:

    SO SIMPLY SAYING..
if you feel that in 2007 you haven been a very good friend, then this 2008, start being a good friend!! if you feel that you haven been right with your walk in Christ this 2007, den start getting your life in line with Christ! (: let's all start doing what we haven been doing to our best ability now.

oh and yes. thank you to everyone one of you guys, W115 and W458 aside. thank you to everyone for making christmas happen. and thank you for being part of my 2007!! (: my life would never be the same without any one of you guys! (:

    HAPPY NEW YEAR! (:

    HOHOHO!!!

    ho hO HO!!!

No this isnt the horlicks advertisement we always hear on tvmobile while we're onboard buses.... This, iz the laughter of santa claus!!! Muahahaha.. But den again there's no such thing as santa claus. Apparently some scientist report i read somewhere suggested that if there was santa, him delievering gifts will be faster than the speed of light and by then he would have disintergated into ash. :D

    SO..
    ho hO HO!!!

    CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!!!

It's yet again the coming of the end of the year!! Yet though it's the end of the year, christmas is just like the start of something new! It's like christmas was the day Jesus was born which is the start of a new life and a new beginning for all of us but yet it's the end of the year! So like you know.... haha.. You get it?

Anyways.. you bet chc has prepared a great drama and a great time for all of you guys out there. Let us ALL extend our hands to the people around us and touch their lives with the greatness and fullness of christmas this season!!

Sneakpeek: There's something great in store for Mr/Ms Evangel!!! (:

I can't wait for christmas to come.
    10 days and counting!!!

    I'm excited!! Are you?

    BREAKAWAY Youth Camp!!! [Part 2]

Most importantly, to me, the essence of this camp is to get a reference point from God as BK has shared in cell group whereby you encounter God and He gives you a clear vision- a specific calling about our own lives.

I am not sure about others but personally, at times I ponder over what does God actually wants me to do for Him rather doing what I prefer to do for Him. At times, I prayed and asked God for a specific vision for my life... So far, it’s still not clear. But, I’m believing in God for an encounter with Him in the Holy of Holies and get a specific reference point whereby I can anchor myself to in my walk with God.

In a group sharing session during cell group, different expectancies of what the members want to get out of the camp were voiced out: Greater unity and bonding. Being empowered by God to influence and impact the marketplace. Getting a specific vision from God with regard to each and every one of our lives.

Moreover, some members got a vision about their lives. For example, Ai Lin has a dream to make great impact in the area of missions and Eileen in the area of children’s lives. Kudos to them and indeed like what Pastor Kong shared last weekend, when connected to God, all things are possible through Christ!

Like what BK has mentioned, last Friday is a start and this week is a very special one as our destinies will be unfolded. So let us stayed connected together in great expectancy of what God is going to do through the camp! All glory and honour to God!

    BREAKAWAY Youth Camp!!! [Part 1]

Hi guys, as i pondered over the fact that youth camp is coming in less than 2 days’ time and that it’s happening at a local secondary school, my heart buzzed with excitement and my imagination sort of went wild... In this post, we’ll look at what’s so exciting and important about this camp; and hope that it’ll excite you!!! [Sounds a little like I’m writing a General Paper essayJ]

Firstly, we need to look at the things that we can do at youth camp but we can’t at others. One of the things that I thought of was that in youth camp, our zone “BATHROOM SINGERS” will be revealed, e.g. yours truly. Through this camp, we’ll realise that some of the members are actually good singers birthed forth from their “intense” training in their bathrooms every day. Furthermore, we can sing church songs!!! And with a large variety: CHC, CCC, Hillsong, Don Moen etc....

This sounds funny but it’s what I can see. Picture this with me: In the male toilet one side got 7 cubicles.
    Cubicle #4: Lead singer.
Cubicle #1 to 3: Bass [lower male voice].
Cubicle #5 to7: Tenor [Higher male voice].
Then, as a brother walk into the toilet, he will hear “Guys are you ready? Sing together with me... Your greatness...”

Also, the person in charge of food is our very own BK!!! So expect very good food way beyond anything you can possibly get at any other camps!!

Lastly, with regard to sleeping over, I strongly urge all to join us! Just a quick sharing: As I was walking home from CG thinking about the sleep-over, I visualised a lot of teenagers sleeping under one roof and with Abba Father looking down upon His children, His people who wants His will and kingdom to be done in their lives, in a very loving manner. I believe that this would put a smile on His face :)
